How It Works:

1. Pickup: Select your pickup location in the app. You will be assigned a personal agent along with a security code. The agent's name and photo will be displayed on your screen for identification purposes.
2. Parking: After picking up your vehicle, the agent will park it in one of our high-security private lots until you request its return. Our all-risk insurance covers any potential incidents during this period.
3. Return: When you wish to have your car returned, simply select a point on the map at least 15 minutes in advance. One of our agents will deliver your vehicle to your specified address and notify you upon arrival.

Lloio is currently available in Madrid and Barcelona.
